We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in the same condition as received — uncut, unpolished, unbroken, and unaltered in any way.

Any gemstone that has been cut, polished, cracked, or otherwise modified is not eligible for return.

Only items purchased directly from The Rough Life are eligible.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit (beyond any natural inclusions already disclosed) or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale or final clearance items.

Items altered or damaged after receipt by the client.

Custom or special-order goods (unless defective or damaged upon receipt).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the original product must first be returned, inspected, and approved. Upon acceptance, a credit will be applied toward the new purchase, with any cost differences refunded or invoiced accordingly.
Refunds
